Does what it says on the box. Took it on a 5 day hike and managed to keep all my things charged, including using the low power option to charge watch, headphones, etc. Read online there is an issue with it bricking itself when the power button is held for >10 seconds, but kept it in a container as a precaution so it didn’t happen to me, thank goodness – didn’t want to test it on the trail!
