I’m a security guard and this is an incredibly effective self defence tool especially against knives, the easy press strobe mode makes things very easy and has added a level of safety to my job that I never expected to be available in Victoria. Better than a stab proof vest, you simply cannot stab what you can’t see and all I have to do is move at a 45 degree to either side and I’m not in any real danger.. they turn away from the light 9 times in 10.
